argoyle 814665eb3b chore(docker): update nginx base image to 1.27.4-alpine ...

Replace the nginx base image with amd64/nginx:1.27.4-alpine to 
ensure compatibility and take advantage of the latest features 
and security updates. Adjust the image reference in both build 
and runtime stages of the Dockerfile.
