fix(deps): update golang.org/x/net to v0.55.0 (#430)

Resolves GO-2026-5026 reported by govulncheck. x/net v0.53.0 -> v0.55.0; pulls x/sys, x/term, x/text via go mod tidy. Clears the vulnerabilities CI job that currently fails on every PR (e.g. #429). Reviewed-on: #430
